To be honest, I don’t know from what to start from the good welcoming meeting their promises helping me getting all the finance things done or from the good product and price. I can save all these things in one person drew. He’s the guy you wanna deal with or he is a freightliner guy. He helped me a lot with everything and we had the deal done in the terms of 40 minutes. I flew all the way from Jersey to Tampa Florida met him. We had test drive everything once more you help me out to go to the bank get the money And finish the deal

This is one of the best Freightliner dealerships I’ve done business with over the years, and I’ve been to a few. I purchased a 2017 Cascadia in September. My salesman was Drew Duncan. He was very straightforward with me and honest, and if you’ve ever dealt with truck dealerships then you know honesty is hard to find. Also the truck had some issues that were not covered under warranty, but Drew went to bat for me along with the sales manager Steve Freestone, and the service manager Mike Salter, and as a result the entire repair was covered. It’s this kind of service and commitment to making your customers happy that is very rare these days. So if your looking for a outstanding truck dealership to do business with, then by all means you have to go to Southport Trucks in Tampa Florida, and when you go ask for Drew Duncan. He will take good care of you.

Drew Duncan in Sales was amazing ! He stayed late with us on more than one occasion to make sure all our questions were answered and communicated every step of the way ( even after hours). The truck did need an alignment but Drew scheduled it same day, took an hour, and I was on the road back to Houston TX. The truck was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures online presented it to look. Drew made sure we were taken care of. We'd do business with The Freightliner Guy again.
